Our rapid growth and increasing population base requires us to be innovative by identifying and providing new services, and to improve the services and resources currently available to the citizens we serve.

The mission of the Fluvanna County Sheriff’s Office is to provide to the citizens of Fluvanna County Virginia a responsive, coordinated, composite county wide law enforcement department, independent yet supportive of other law enforcement agencies; to preserve law and order, to enforce criminal, traffic and regulatory laws; to meet the goals and objectives of the Office; and to provide security and safety services in the most efficient manner.
